I am writing to request information under the freedom of information Act 2000 with regards to security/protection/lone working systems in place at your organisation.

We are exploring the use of hybrid cloud within public sector organisations in line with the Government Digital Service’s (GDS) guidance on ‘public sector use of the Public Cloud’.

a) Which organisation(s) currently hold the contract(s) for delivery of statutory Independent Advocacy for Children & Young People, and Independent Visiting for Looked After Children, in your Local Authority Area.

2. Numbers of NEET 16 and 17-year-olds placed in unregulated accommodation between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2020
We do not report on this and therefore we would have to manually go through the case files which would exceed the appropriate limit of the Act under Section 12.

Under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) please could you send me details of the following. These sites would have been issued with a Deemed Planning consent, pursuant to S.17 of the 1960 Act i.e. along with the mandatory issuing of a Site Licence which the 1960 Act introduced.

My request relates to consultancy fees spent by council housing departments.

1. Please can you tell me how much the council has spent on instructing solicitors/barristers for Special Educational Needs first tier tribunals, upper tribunals and judicial reviews in each year since 2013/14.
