Our regeneration of Wokingham town centre was planned for the long term.  

We looked at how people would live, travel and spend time in the town centre, and how those choices would affect the environment and the town’s future. 

Here, sustainability has meant looking at the town centre as a whole. From green space and biodiversity to building performance, travel and how different uses sit together, each element contributes to a town that will thrive in the years ahead.
