New apartments

In November 2025, the final phase of the regeneration at Carnival Place was completed with the construction of 55 apartments.  Carnival Place is a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, completed by Feltham Construction. The new homes are in a prime location opposite Carnival Hub, overlooking Elms Field and a short stroll into town. The new homes are for sale through local estate agents Hat and Home, based in Alexandra Court.
