This application relates to a new or improved private driveway with access from the carriageway by a dropped kerb OR a dropped kerb application has been approved to allow access subject to the lamp post being moved.

You understand that the presence of overhead lines is likely to reduce the relocation options and your application would be unlikely to be approved. You confirm this is not applicable to your application.

You understand that branches from trees or large bushes may reduce the relocation options and if trees are in the highway, charges for cutting back branches or large bushes will be included in the quotation provided the council if your application is successful.
