I confirm the proposed crossover will not exceed the 3.6m maximum

I confirm there is a minimum area of 4.8m deep and 2.4m wide within the property boundary

I confirm the proposed location is more than 10m away from a junction, traffic signals or a roundabout

I confirm that drivers will have unobstructed views of pedestrians and vehicles when exiting the driveway

I confirm any existing building works have been completed prior to this application
