Council Tax - View your account

Why use the "My Account" facility

We’ve improved our landing page so it is clearer to navigate across our services.

We have a clear sign in section with an improved security with an additional one-time passcode.

There is a new Single sign in facility where you can select the services you would like to access and register for such as Council Tax, benefits and/or business rates

If you haven’t signed up before for an online account - please try it out. You’ll need your Council Tax account number.

You can do the following:

  • Access your account at any time
  • View an up-to-date statement of your account whenever you wish.
  • View a summary of your bills and any recovery notices.
  • Make a payment or set up a Direct Debit
  • Report a move
  • Apply for certain discounts
  • Check previous payments and future instalments that are due

You can update your contact details without needing to speak to the council.

Visit our Registration page for more information.
