Register or sign in to your account

To view your bill, account summary or claim details, click on the link below. 

The link will take you to our Council Tax portal Homepage. From there, click ‘My Account details’. You will then have an option to either log-into your account or create a new account. 

To register for a new account, you will need your Council Tax account number. This can be found at the top of your Council Tax bill. If you’ve forgotten your account number, visit our Locate Your Council Tax Account Number page.

If you have just moved into the borough, you will need to complete the 'moving into the borough' form first and we will then send you a bill including your account number.
