Services for children with complex needs
Some children may have more complex health needs due to their special need or disability. There is help you can access with or without a diagnosis.

Continuing care
Continuing care is an NHS-funded care package for children and young people:
- under 18
- with complex health needs
- who need more support than a GP, hospital, community or specialist service can usually provide
