Payment plans

What is a payment plan?

A payment plan is an agreement to repay unpaid care charges over an agreed period. Payments are made in regular instalments.

When discussing a plan, we may ask about:

• your income and essential spending
• the amount you can afford to pay regularly
• how long it may take to clear the unpaid balance

New invoices still need to be paid

A payment plan normally covers older unpaid charges. You must also pay new invoices for ongoing care by their due dates, otherwise the amount you owe may continue to increase.
