What is Social Care Future 

Social Care Future is a national movement working toward a society where everyone can live in the place they call home, with the people and things they love, in communities where we look out for one another.  

Wokingham Borough Council is committed to this vision, and the Sparks fund is designed to put it into action at a local level. 

The Sparks Community Award is brought to you by Wokingham Social Care Future group, which is supported by Wokingham Borough Council.  We are a community-led group with members from Wokingham Borough Council’s Adult Social Care team, local voluntary organisations (Involve and Age UK), residents who have experience of social care services and Wokingham’s Lead Councillor for Adult Social Care.
