Construction impacts and community updates
Construction activity and noise
Some construction activities will generate noise, particularly concrete breaking and use of construction equipment.
The project team has discussed noise impacts with local stakeholders and will work with the contractor to manage disruption as far as reasonably practicable.
Site compounds and working areas
Temporary fencing, site compounds, and controlled access arrangements will be required to allow the works to be undertaken safely.
Public access around the station frontage will be managed in consultation with relevant stakeholders throughout the project.
Keeping local stakeholders informed
The Council has been communicating with local stakeholders, Elected Members, Earley Town Council representatives and affected parties through meetings, newsletters, project updates, and public communications.
Advance notice of closures and project updates will continue throughout the works.

Feedback received during the project will be recorded and considered as part of ongoing stakeholder engagement.
