Request a Building Control Report

Overview

This report provides a convenient way to obtain information relating to Building Control records affecting a specific property or parcel of land without the need to purchase a full local authority search. It is designed for customers who require Building Control information only.

The report may include details of:

• Building Regulation applications
• Initial Notices
• Competent Person Self-Certification Scheme notifications

To ensure the correct property or land is searched, a location plan should be provided where the address alone is insufficient.

Please note: Property database only researched back to June 1993.

Payment and application

This request requires a fee of £50.00.

Before requesting a CIL report, you'll first need to pay on the online payment page. 

Once you have made your payment, you will be presented with a receipt number, we require this to match your payment quickly. Please make note of this number.
