• Land to be acquired for road works / compulsory purchase order at £41.00
• Roadwork schemes and /or safeguarding lines within 200 meters of the property/land approved by Wokingham Borough Council but not yet implemented at £41.00
• Traffic schemes within 200 metres of the property/land approved by Wokingham Borough Council but not yet implemented at £41.00
• Public rights of way and DMMO affecting the property as indicated at £41.00
• Confirm whether property is affected by a Section 38 Agreement at £41.00
