• An ordinance survey extract from the Council’s records at time of request, indicating the extent of the highway recorded to be highway maintainable at public expense at £145.00
• Land to be acquired for road works / compulsory purchase order at £39.00
• Roadwork schemes and /or safeguarding lines within 200 meters of the property/land approved by Wokingham Borough Council but not yet implemented at £39.00.
• Traffic schemes within 200 meters of the property/land approved by Wokingham Borough Council but not yet implemented at £39.00
• Public rights of way and DMMO affecting the property as indicated at £39.00
• Confirm whether property is affected by a Section 38 Agreement at £39.00
