This is a request under FOIA for details of instances in which Wokingham Borough Council (including, where applicable, any agencies, bodies, or units for which it is ultimately responsible for supplier payments) has failed to pay its suppliers on time, thereby causing liabilities for late payment

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information relating to electric on-street charging. In particular, are you able to provide me with:

1. The number of former employees at your council who were made redundant and were rehired between 2020 and 2025. To be clear, I am interested in employees who were rehired during that period, not who both left and were rehired during that period.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request information regarding the seizure of illegal/counterfeit tobacco and cigarettes within the jurisdiction of Wokingham Borough Council and subsequent prosecutions initiated by the trading standards officers.

1. What are your current arrangements regarding Family Time Services, in-house/outsourced, including current contracted provider(s) of any commissioned supervised contact services and the contract length?

This FOI is for the attention of the council officers who oversee the private rented sector and deal with trading standards issues.

1. I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding your authority's use of traffic data services - both traditional and digital - across the past three financial years (2021/22, 2022/23, and 2023/24).

Please could I submit an EIR requesting information collected regarding the traffic monitoring on Redhatch Drive recorded over May /June 2025. Over this period Traffic monitoring was deployed, please could I request the following

1. How many injuries were reported by council staff (either fully employed or contractors) in 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25?
