1. Could you please let me know the typical hourly rate you pay to agencies?
The hourly rate paid to homecare providers varies by provider but for those providers on our current framework contract the average hourly rate in the financial year 2025/26 is £24.74 per hour.

2. I would like to ask whether you offer contract opportunities to newly established agencies. If yes, what is the process to bid for a contract or Job?
We are about to open a tender for our new care and support framework in early May 2026. This will be open to new providers of homecare, reablement, supported living and outreach. To participate providers will need to register on our tenders portal Proactis and indicate that they are interested in health and social care service opportunities.
