1. How many staff have been disciplined in any way (by this I mean any formal reprimand that would either be dismissal or some sort of record on that person’s personnel file) because they breached your rules/guidelines in relation to multiple contract working?

1. Can you please tell me how many Education Health and Care Plans the council has been asked to provide in each of the five preceding academic years until the current one, and in each of these academic years, how many final EHCPs were delivered after the 20 week deadline?
