2. Any bid prepared and/or submitted for consideration by Finchampstead Parish Council for the funding of works on Range Road,

3. Internal and external correspondence connected to these bids within Wokingham Borough Council, including correspondence between officers and Borough Councillors, connected with the preparation of these bids,

4. Correspondence with Finchampstead Parish Council connected to these bids,

5. Details of any bid that was prepared but not submitted and related internal correspondence, including correspondence between officers and Borough Councillors,
