North Wokingham Strategic Development Location (SDL)

The North Wokingham major development site is an urban extension of Wokingham town, on land adjoining the Kentwood and Matthewsgreen neighbourhoods and Keephatch Beech. The development will bring new homes, a primary school and a neighbourhood centre with shopping facilities, open spaces and new roads, including the North Wokingham Distributor Road.
