Wellbeing support for young people

If things feel tough right now, or you just need someone to listen, there is support available for you. Whether you want to talk about your feelings, get advice, or connect with others who understand, the services below are here to help. 
 
You can choose support that works for you - online, face to face, anonymously, or with the same trusted person each time. You don’t have to deal with things on your own.
 
These local services are here to support you, with help you can access nearby or online.
 
ARC Counselling offers up to 9 weekly counselling sessions for young people aged 11 and over, with the same counsellor each time. Sessions can be face to face or online.
 
Tellmi is a safe, anonymous app for young people aged 11-18 to talk about anything that’s on their mind and get support.

Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) offers support for young people and their families who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or mental health difficulties

Togetherness offers online information that can help you understand what’s going on in your mind and emotions as you go through your teenage years.

Mental Health Support Team support children and young people attending school or college, who are experiencing mild or moderate mental health difficulties.

NHS Talking therapies support adults aged 18+ with space to talk and practical tools for when life feels overwhelming.

Get involved and have your voice heard

Mind in Berkshire offers a safe space where young people can share their views and experiences about mental health using the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Forum.
