We want every child to thrive in the Wokingham Borough
As leaders across health, education, early years, children’s social care, commissioning, primary care and the voluntary and community sector, we are proud to jointly endorse Wokingham’s Best Start in Life Strategy.
This strategy sets clear priorities for giving every child the strongest foundations in life:
- Reducing inequalities
- Strengthening Family Hubs
- Improving good levels of development
- Expanding parent volunteering
- Working in a more joined-up way
At its heart is a shared belief: children grow up in relationships, not in services.
We also share a collective goal: to grow the village around families - ensuring every family in Wokingham Borough has the support, connections, and opportunities they need.
