How to apply for Disabled Facilities Grant

You or your child will need an assessment first to see if you are eligible for support from us.

If you are over 18, request an adult social care needs assessment.

If you are under 18, request an assessment for a child with SEND.

How the grant will be paid

We will pay the contractor either in installments as the work progresses or in full when the work is finished.
