Mental health support for children and young people with SEND
Help is available if your child or young person might be struggling with mental health difficulties.
If you are a young person aged 18 and over, find out about looking after your mental health as an adult.
Text ChatHealth
You can text a school nurse for advice if you are worried about your child or young person aged 5 to 19.
Young people aged 11 to 19 can also text a school nurse themselves.
The service is private and confidential. You can ask about anything that is worrying you.
