Tellmi is a mental health app that is available to all 11 to 17 year olds who live or go to school in Wokingham Borough.
Children and young people can download the app and access free, safe and anonymous mental health support whenever they need it.

Tellmi Therapy
Tellmi Therapy is a text based service delivered via the Tellmi app. Children and young people can refer themselves, or a referral can be made by parents, carers and professionals.
