The Wokingham Primary Heads Association (WPHA) is seeking a highly organised and reliable individual with primary school senior leadership experience to provide interim administrative and project support while the association reviews its future governance, membership and sustainability arrangements.

Working closely with the Chair and Executive Committee, you will coordinate meetings, manage communications, maintain records and support the smooth day-to-day running of the association. You will also contribute to wider project work, helping to improve systems, support organisational reviews and assist with initiatives that strengthen WPHA's long-term sustainability.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Communicates professionally and effectively
  • Can work independently and manage priorities
  • Is accurate, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Has experience supporting projects, organisational development or stakeholder engagement

This flexible role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside Wokingham's primary school leaders and play a key part in supporting collaboration, communication and future development across the local education community.
