Broken or missing black-wheeled bin (or communal bins)
Order a replacement black bin if:
- Your bin is damaged and cannot be used
- Your bin is missing or stolen
Do not use this form to order an extra bin, communal bin or outdoor food waste bin.
The cost of a replacement bin is £38.50.
Report a broken or missing black bin
The replacement bin will be delivered within 10 working days and any damaged bin should be left out for collection:
- Empty
- At the edge of your property
- Visible from the highway
If the damaged bin is not out at your normal collection point when we deliver the new bin, we will not return to collect it. You will then be responsible for its disposal, as it cannot be used to present waste on collection day.
Put your house name or number on the replacement bin.
Communal bins
If your communal bin is broken or missing, please report this to your managing agent to organise a replacement.
