Broken or missing black-wheeled bin (or communal bins)

Order a replacement black bin if:

• You have a fortnightly black bin collection
• Your bin is damaged and cannot be used
• Your bin is missing or stolen

If your bin is missing, allow 48 hours before reporting and paying for a replacement as your old bin may turn up.

Do not use this form to order an extra bin or outdoor food waste bin.

The cost of a replacement bins is £35.

Report a broken or missing black bin

The replacement bin will be delivered within 15 working days and any damaged bin should be left out for collection:

• Empty
• At the edge of your property
• Visible from the highway

If the damaged bin is not out when we deliver the new bin, we will not return to collect it, and it cannot be used to present waste on collection day. 
We recommend you place your house number or address on the replacement bin

If your communal bin is broken or missing please report this to your managing agent to organise a replacement.
