Land available for development
As part of any local plan process, it is important to have a clear understanding of the land which is potentially available for different, that is where the landowner would be willing to make the land available for development.

You can take a look at where land has been promoted to date on our interactive map. Here you can also see the use or uses the land would be available for such as housing, employment and Gypsy and Traveller pitches.

It should be noted that the act of promoting land does not alter the status of the land and there is no guarantee that the land will be considered suitable for development by the council.
