Supplementary guidance and policies
As part of the emerging Local Plan Update, Loddon Valley Garden Village has been identified as the largest strategic site proposed for new development. A strategic design code for the site will be used to guide future development, using a set of rules and guidance to give the proposed new village a consistent look and feel.
A consultation on the design code is open from 23 March to 11 May 2026. Please find more information on the engage consultation website below:
