CIL Partial Review

About the CIL Partial Review

We adopted a CIL Charging Schedule in 2015. Since this time, it has been an important mechanism to help deliver infrastructure to support development.

To ensure the mechanisms to deliver infrastructure remain effective, we are considering whether changes to the CIL Charging Schedule are required.

Any proposed changes must be considered through a defined process, which requires consultation and examination by an independent person.
