Emotional Wellbeing Hub
The Emotional Wellbeing Hub provides free support and advice. It is a central point of contact for young people, families, and professionals to access mental health services.
Counselling services
ARC (Assisting Recovery in the Community) offers a free and confidential youth counselling service to Wokingham borough residents.

Mental Health Support Team
The Mental Health Support Team (MHST) will support children and young people with emerging, mild or moderate mental health difficulties which may be affecting day to day life.
Depending on the age of the child or young person, we may work either directly with them or with their parents. The Mental Health Support Team will also work with school staff and offer support on different levels with the aim of developing and supporting a whole school approach to mental health.
