I would appreciate your response regarding the following matters related to the Arborfield Green development:

The Borough Council applied for powers to enforce moving traffic regulations at 11 sites across the borough using ANPR cameras following a business case carried out last year and public consultation.

In correspondence from Andy Glencross, he states:
"shortfall due to historic under delivery in the South of the M4 SDL where a large part of the site was approved at appeal without securing the allotment provision."
