I would like to request information on 2 trees as part of the freedom of information act. References: 1641/2018-T4 and T5.

1. I request copies of the following:
a) Last inspection Report
b) Last date of maintenance / pruning

1. Please provide a list of primary and secondary schools in your local authority with Year Reception to Year 11 vacancies as at 7 September 2021 (or at a specified suitably recent date), indicating for each school the number of vacancies for each year group.

1. Please can you provide the latest version of your Statement of Intent for LA Flexible Eligibility
Find attached the latest version of Wokingham Borough Council’s Statement of Intent for our LA flex scheme.

Please note that all these refer to Mental Health Residential Care Homes only (as distinct from other types of care home), for adults only (not children).

1. Please provide me with a full copy of the dust analysis report commissioned by Environmental Health at Lilly May Court, Millers Grove, Woodley, Reading, Berkshire, RG5 4BY. The dust was taken on Thursday 5th August 2021.
