I would like to request information regarding fixed penalties issued to drivers caught smoking in licensed vehicles in the last tax year (6th April 2024 to 5th April 2025).

1. How many people have been added to band one for a 3 bedroom property in the last 4 weeks?

2. When were the last 10 people offered 3 bedroom property's and when were they awarded band one ?
