I am writing to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following data relating to roadworks within your council’s jurisdiction:

This request covers all third-party software licences, including but not limited to:
• Document e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
• Productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft, Google Workspace, Zoom).

1. I would like to request a full list of businesses/companies that have become newly liable for business rates between the 01-31st July 2025. Please include:
a) The full business name
b) Full address and postcode
c) Date they became liable
d) Type of business

1. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 please provide, for each care-home provider located in your local authority area, the average actual weekly fee paid by the Council during the financial year 1 April 2024 – 31 March 2025 for the following categories:

1. How many PPOs have been applied for each year for the previous 6 years (2019-2024 inclusive)?
2. How many of these PPOs have been supported by the authority a) to making the order and b) to determining the order for each year for the previous 6 years(2019-2024 inclusive)?

Please treat the following as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am requesting the following data for the last five (5) years to date of this request, broken down by year where applicable:

1. Is training provided to social workers to identify children who have been psychologically manipulated to reject a parent (parental alienation)? If such training is given, please provide an electronic copy of the training manual.

By “private SEND providers,” I mean independent or non-maintained schools and institutions that are not run by the local authority.

1. The number of pupils with Education, health and care plans placed in a specialist private school by the council in the academic years 2019/20, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25

This request is for councils that operate a social housing register, regardless of whether or not they are themselves a provider of social/council housing.
