Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information regarding prosecutions initiated against parents for their child's non-attendance at school, particularly concerning children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

1. The total number of children and young adults that the Council funded transport from home to school in the financial year 2022/23

1. Has the local authority adopted the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and, if so, when did it adopt this tax?

2. How much money received via CIL payments is currently held, unspent, by the local planning authority?

Please could you provide the following details regarding lotteries registered with your council:

1. Does your local authority have a process to refer children to targeted early help services when their case is closed after a Child in Need assessment?

1. Please advise if the council has an contracts in place presently for the disposal by auction of surplus or aged equipment including agricultural, construction or commercial vehicles.

1. How many instances have been recorded where the tap-in process has failed but appeared to users as successful? The machines do not record the reason why a transaction failed.
