Choose your favourite
Now it's over to you to help choose the winner.
A living feature at Dinton Pastures
The willow caterpillar has been carefully shaped, woven and restored by Rangers, volunteers and local students using living willow.
Situated near the children's play area, it has become a popular feature for visitors to the park.
Unlike a sculpture, the caterpillar is a living structure that continues to grow and needs ongoing care.
Pick your top three
Each person can vote for their three favourite names from the shortlist.
The order of the names is randomised for each participant.
What can I win?
The person who suggested the winning name will receive:
- A family visit to Dinton Pastures
- A photo with the willow caterpillar
- A unique handmade willow tree grown from caterpillar cuttings
- A family boat hire session at Dinton Activity Centre for up to five people
- The chance to meet Rangers and learn more about how the caterpillar is cared for
Free parking will be provided for the visit.
If the winning name was suggested by more than one person, the winner will be selected at random.
