Workshops and groups to help you feel better

Wokingham Recovery College provides free courses in a welcoming and supportive environment, helping people improve their mental health and wellbeing through learning, connection, and personal development.

One to one sessions

Wokingham Wellbeing Service with Mind

Free one-to-one sessions are available for anyone living in the Wokingham borough. These sessions are designed to help put practical steps in place to manage everyday stress and wellbeing challenges.

Drop-in service

The Wokingham Mental Health Association drop-in centre is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays between 10.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. You can drop-in or phone during their opening hours on 0118 979 2620
