- Samaritans can be contacted on 116 123 for their 24hr listening service
- Shout offers a 24-hour text service, free, confidential and 24/7 text messaging service for anyone in the UK who needs support. This is accessed by texting ‘Shout’ to 85258
- CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) - offers a helpline from 5pm to midnight via calls/WhatsApp to 0800 58 58 58
- Hopeline247 by Papyrus offers a 24-hour helpline 0800 068 41 41 and text support 88247 for children and your people under 35 years of age experiencing thoughts of suicide, or for anyone concerned that a younger person could be thinking of suicide.
