Berkshire West Breathing Space at 1A Rupert Square in Reading 

A welcoming and safe space for anyone aged 18 and over who is feeling emotionally overwhelmed or finding it hard to cope. The team listen, offer support, and help people create a plan to stay safe and well, including practical coping strategies.
