Report a change or house move
If you’re moving in, out, within the borough, or situations change
Select the relevant link to tell us if you’re moving house, a landlord reporting a change or if there has been a change in your circumstances.
Moving house
The link will take you to the Council Tax portal Homepage. From there, choose the ‘Moving’ option. You will need your Council Tax account number, unless you are moving into the borough. This can be found at the top of your Council Tax bill. If you have forgotten your account number, go to the Locate Your Council Tax Account Number page.
Landlords reporting a change
If you’re a landlord or managing agent, you can report a change in tenancy online. Follow the link to go to the Council Tax portal homepage, then select ‘Landlords reporting a change’.
Change of circumstance
Follow the ‘Tell us if your situation changes’ link to find out how to report any changes to your living arrangements or household details if you get a Council Tax Discount or Council Tax Reduction.
