Council Tax Refund 

If you’ve overpaid on your Council Tax and have not received an automatic refund, complete the Council Tax refund form (PDF).

Incorrect bill or missing discount

If you think your Council Tax bill is wrong, or you haven't received the discount or exemption you're entitled to email: ctax@wokingham.gov.uk

Council Tax Bands

Band charges are set by a government agency. Visit the Gov.uk website to challenge your Council Tax band if you think your home is in the wrong band.

Make sure you keep paying our Council Tax

Don't stop paying your Council Tax whilst you're making an appeal. If your appeal is successful, you will be entitled to a refund of any overpaid Council Tax.
