Disagreement resolution service

The disagreement resolution service is when an impartial professional helps everyone reach an agreement through discussion.  

This service covers all children and young people with SEND, not just those who are being assessed for or who have an education, health and care plan (EHCP). 

The service is:

• free to use
• independent from the council
• voluntary and everyone must agree to be involved

The disagreement could be with:

• your child’s school or other education provider
• the local authority (Wokingham Borough Council) 
• health professionals
