If you are aged 19 and over and want to carry on learning, or get back into learning, there are different options.
Start work-based learning
You can learn skills to help you move into paid work by starting:
University or higher education
Higher education could be your next step if you’ve finished level 3 qualifications like A levels.

If you would like to go to university but don't have the qualifications you need, you could explore an Access to Higher Education Diploma.
Part-time adult learning
Many colleges offer part-time courses for adults with learning difficulties or disabilities. These are for people who:
- may have already completed a foundation course
- want to keep learning skills for independent living

Wokingham Elevate
Wokingham Elevate gives advice to young people who:
- are aged 19 to 25
