Here4U care leavers service

The Here4U team supports and provides services to our Care Leavers in Wokingham. We are here to support you as you move into adult life. We also have a welcoming space where you can drop in, use free Wi-Fi, get things done, or have a chat. Please ask your Personal Advisor for more information.

How we can support you

The Here4U team is here to make things easier and to make sure you don’t have to manage everything on your own. We can help with:

• Finding somewhere safe and comfortable to live
• Getting into education, training, or work
• Looking after your health and wellbeing
• Learning how to manage your money in a way that feels easier to understand
• Building healthy, supportive relationships
• Getting involved in your local community
• Making choices that keep you safe and on the right path, no matter what you're going through

Events and activities where you can feel connected

Throughout the year, Here4U runs friendly events that give you the chance to relax, meet other young people, and try new things. These can include monthly workshops and drop-ins, a BBQ, Christmas dinner, an Eid al-Fitr celebration, National Care Leavers' Week activities, outdoor activities, sports events and many more.
