Fear-Less Triple P (11 to 14 years)

Fear-Less Triple P is for parents and carers of children aged 11 to 14 years who would like support in helping their child manage worries and anxiety.

You'll learn practical ways to:

  • help your child understand and manage anxious feelings
  • build your child's confidence and emotional resilience
  • support your child through the challenges of adolescence
  • encourage healthy ways of coping with stress and worry
  • develop strategies that can support the whole family

The programme includes 6 sessions, each lasting up to 2 hours. You'll gain practical tools and techniques to help your child build confidence and manage anxiety more effectively.

Triple P Teen

Triple P Teen is for parents and carers of young people aged 11 to 16 years.

Whether you're looking to support your teenager's development or facing challenges with their behaviour, this programme can help you build confidence and develop practical strategies for family life.

You'll learn how to:

  • encourage positive behaviour
  • support your teenager's development and independence
  • communicate effectively with your teenager
  • manage challenging behaviour
  • help your teenager develop emotional self-regulation
  • respond to risk-taking behaviours and challenging situations

The programme includes:

  • 5 group sessions, each lasting up to 2 hours
  • 3 follow-up phone calls lasting 15 to 30 minutes each

The phone calls provide extra support as you put your new skills into practice at home and work through any challenges you may be facing.
