How to ask for support

Often, a professional who works with your family will refer to us on your behalf by completing a MARF form (multi-agency referral form). For early help support, this must always be with your permission. 

However, we also encourage families to contact us directly. To talk to us about your needs, you can call 0118 974 6000 or email triage@wokingham.gov.uk to speak to someone. Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. You may need to leave a message. 

A worker will ask your family some questions to find out what sort of help and support you might need.

We will then agree together what needs to be done to ensure that the right sort of help is put in place for you and your family.
