Proof of income and savings
Proof of pregnancy
Proof of previous social tenancy
Proof of sold properties (if applicable)

Upload one of these:

MatB1 certificate from your GP or midwife
GP notes confirming your due date

Previous Proof of income and savings

Next Proof of previous social tenancy
