• Choose your venue and discuss available dates with them
• Complete a Ceremony Booking Enquiry Form to find out what ceremony times we currently have available.
• Choose your time and provisionally confirm with your venue.
• Call our team to secure booking. Call: 0118 974 6000 (option 3.) We will need to take payment in full at this time.

Civil Marriage and Civil Partnership Ceremony Fees*

Ceremony at an approved venue:

• Monday to Thursday: £585
• Friday and Saturday: £673
• Sunday and Bank Holidays: £772

Ceremony at The Wokingham Ceremony Room:

• Monday to Thursday: £215 (4.30pm to 8pm: £386)
• Friday: £375 (4.30pm to 8pm: £431)
• Saturday: £431
• Sunday and Bank Holidays: £601

Statutory Register Office Ceremony- Only bookable up to 3 months in advance

• Tuesdays and Thursdays only: £74.50

* All civil ceremony fees include one copy of your certificate. Fees are reviewed annually, every April.

Celebration, Renewal of Vows, Naming and Welcoming Ceremony Fees**

Ceremony at an approved venue:

• Monday to Thursday: £436
• Friday and Saturday: £507
• Sunday and Bank Holidays: £595

Ceremony at The Wokingham Ceremony Room

• Monday to Thursday: £198
• Friday and Saturday: £414
• Sunday and Bank Holidays: £541

Ceremony at any other Wokingham Venue (subject to a satisfactory risk assessment)

• Monday to Thursday: £475
• Friday and Saturday: £568
• Sunday and Bank Holidays: £651

** All ceremony fees include a commemorative certificate. Fees are reviewed annually, every April.
