We are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic, methodical, organised, and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Financial Management – Overseeing the school budget, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.
- Operations – Managing site facilities, including maintenance, health & safety, and security.
- Human Resources – Supporting recruitment, staff development, and performance management processes.
- Administration – Leading administrative systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day school operations.
- Strategic Planning – Contributing to the school’s development plan and driving forward our long-term vision.
- Compliance – Ensuring the school meets all legal, regulatory, and safeguarding obligations.
- Communication – Liaising effectively with the Headteacher, staff, governors, and external stakeholders.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and financial planning.
- A sound understanding of legislation relevant to education and business.
- Knowledge of school operations or a willingness to quickly develop this
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
