We are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic, methodical, organised, and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Financial Management – Overseeing the school budget, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.
  • Operations – Managing site facilities, including maintenance, health & safety, and security.
  • Human Resources – Supporting recruitment, staff development, and performance management processes.
  • Administration – Leading administrative systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day school operations.
  • Strategic Planning – Contributing to the school’s development plan and driving forward our long-term vision.
  • Compliance – Ensuring the school meets all legal, regulatory, and safeguarding obligations.
  • Communication – Liaising effectively with the Headteacher, staff, governors, and external stakeholders.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and financial planning.
  • A sound understanding of legislation relevant to education and business.
  • Knowledge of school operations or a willingness to quickly develop this
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
