Lunchtime Controller Roles

Required from 1st September 2026 • Permanent Position, Term-time only

Grade 3 Point 5 £25,584 FTE 

One full-time role (5 days/week) available (£3,856.63 actual salary, £13.26 hourly rate)  6 hours and 40 mins per week (11:40am to 1pm Monday to Friday). 

One part-time role (3 days/week) available (£2,312.69 actual salary, £13.26 hourly rate)  4 per week (11:40am to 1pm Monday Wednesday and Friday). 

Flexible working pattern may be available to suit successful candidates.

We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Lunchtime Controller to join our friendly and popular school. You will need to model excellent communication and interpersonal skills and preferably already have experience of working in the primary school sector. 

You’ll play a vital role in supporting our pupils during their lunchtime break, helping to create a safe, happy, and inclusive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to contribute to our welcoming school community.
