We are looking for a caring and self-motivated CSA who
➢ Puts children at the heart of everything they do.
➢ Has high expectations of learning achievement and behaviour
➢ Enjoys working as part of a team and with children on a one to one basis
➢ Is fun loving and creative
➢ Has a sense of humour.
It is desirable that the post holder has experience of working as a CSA with GCSEs in English and Maths.
Training will be given where appropriate.
